Hey, I'm Katherine! I care about audacious science & technology and thoughtful policy efforts. Starting around 14, I spent a few formative years working on projects in accesibility tech and disability law. I'm curious about ML, human-machine interfaces, cognition, hardware, and technology/health/progress policy.

I currently work at Etched↗, a computer hardware startup building servers for inference. I'm especially excited about enabling scalable, accessible, and novel uses of AI models.

In past lives, I researched language models at Yale CS ↗, engineered computer vision software at JusticeText ↗, and developed AI systems for legal research and enterprise voice startups. Also science & technology policy across Google Public Policy ↗, Encode AI ↗, Paragon ↗.
